Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by ANAK WEB SOLUTIONS ("we", "us", "our"), including website design, hosting, custom email, and shipment tracking pages. By engaging our services, you ("client") agree to the terms below.

1. Services & Pricing

• Business website design starts at ₹5,000 as a one-time charge, which includes 1 year of free hosting and 1 year of free domain registration.
• From the start of year 2, hosting is billed at ₹3,000/year.
• Domain renewal after the first free year is paid by the client directly to the domain registrar/provider, at that provider's standard rate — we do not charge a markup on domain renewals.
• Custom business email is billed at ₹700 per mailbox, per year, with 10 GB of storage per mailbox.
• Shipment tracking pages hosted on our domain are billed at a flat ₹1,000/year, with no hidden charges.
• All prices are as displayed on our Services page at the time of your order and are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹).

2. Payment

• Website design charges are payable upfront before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Annual hosting, email, and tracking-page renewals are billed yearly in advance.
• Non-payment of renewal fees may result in suspension of the relevant service (hosting, email, or tracking page) until payment is received.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing accurate content, logos, and information needed to build the website or tracking page.
• The client is responsible for the legality of content, data, and materials they ask us to publish.
• Where a tracking page connects to the client's own booking system or spreadsheet, the client is responsible for keeping that source data accurate and up to date.

4. Hosting & Uptime

• We aim for reliable uptime on all hosted websites and tracking pages but do not guarantee 100% uptime, as this can depend on factors outside our control.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients in advance of planned maintenance that may cause downtime.

5. Cancellation

• Either party may choose not to renew hosting, email, or a tracking page at the end of its paid term.
• Domain names remain the property of the client and, subject to the domain provider's own policies, can be transferred or managed by the client at any time.
• The one-time website design charge is non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Changes to Services

We may update our services, features, or pricing from time to time. Any pricing change will apply to new orders or upcoming renewals, and will be communicated to existing clients in advance of their renewal date.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services on an "as is" basis and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a website, tracking page, or email service we host.
